The service , and after sales support from your staff has been fantastic . However the wholesalers, DME need to do a whole lot better . To distribute a product with no written warranty , or users guide is just crazy and probably not compliant with Australian Consumer regulations . The electronics in the guitar I was sent is faulty , with the microphone giving a peculiar noise , Yes DME have given the go ahead for me to take it to their authorised repairer in Cairns So now I've been two weeks without the guitar and I and DME know there is little hope of repairing the preamp in the guitar , only replacing the preamp. The thought that I have to wait much longer for the guitar i paid for is just not acceotable . DME is selling these guitars with defects and needs to replace or refund Neville .
