The Ibanez FRH10N Nylon String Guitar is designed for guitarists seeking the warmth and resonance of nylon strings combined with the sleek, electric guitar-like playability. This model stands out with its compact, thin body and high fret access, making it ideal for both stage performances and home practice. The FRH10N features a Nyatoh neck that enhances the mid-low end, and a Walnut fretboard that balances tonal character across the frequency range. Its solid Sitka Spruce top ensures shimmering highs, tight mids, and a full-bodied low end, while the Sapele back and sides contribute a warm mid-range and bright tone.
Equipped with a modified FR hollow body and fan bracing, the FRH10N minimizes feedback and eliminates the traditional sound hole, allowing for a more focused, natural nylon string sound. The side sound port enhances the clarity of the acoustic tone, delivering a direct and immersive listening experience. The Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle pickup, paired with custom electronics, accurately translates the guitar's sound for amplification, while the active preamp with a mute switch ensures reliability during performances. The walnut bridge contributes to the natural tone, making the FRH10N a versatile and modern nylon string guitar.
