Established in 2018, Iris Guitars combine modern techniques with vintage-inspired aesthetics to create exceptional instruments. Founded by luthier Adam Buchwald, Iris Guitars offers high-quality, handmade guitars designed for everyday musicians. With models drawing inspiration from Depression-era and mid-century designs, each guitar features high-quality all-solid tonewoods, hand-made craftsmanship and stunning build quality, at a price point usually reserved for factory-built guitars.

The Iris ND-200 'Iced Tea Burst' Acoustic Guitar, named after Iris' head luthier, Nick Durkee, is a formidable instrument designed to deliver powerful sound and exceptional playability. Inspired by the legendary J200, the ND-200 Jumbo guitar is the largest in the Iris lineup, boasting a massive 17" lower bout that ensures a commanding presence and rich, resonant tone.

Crafted with a combination of mahogany back and sides and a Sitka spruce top, the ND-200 produces a deep, full bass that fills the room with ease, while also providing a focused mid-range response. Its 25.5” scale length contributes to its expansive sound and allows for comfortable playability across the fretboard.

With its bold design, impeccable craftsmanship, and versatile playability, the Iris ND-200 'Iced Tea Burst' Acoustic Guitar offers a commanding presence and delivers a rich, resonant tone that is sure to impress both players and listeners alike.

I was willing to drop 12k+ on a j200. This was simply better. Love it very much.
