Australian luthier Chris Wynne has been building superb handmade guitars since 1993, and as founder of Thomas Lloyd guitars has taught hundreds of luthiery students across Australia, Canada, Japan and Europe. Chris' passion for Australian tonewoods has popularised the use of our native timbers for builders across the world, and his DVD guitar building course has inspired budding luthiers across the world.
This very special guitar was built in 2007, and is the actual guitar documented in Chris' DVD course! This guitar features a Bunya top with stunning Fiddleback Blackwood back and sides, and is signed inside by Chris as well as the team that filmed and produced the DVD series. This is a one-owner guitar in excellent condition, with minimal playwear and a rich, warm tonailty. It's a real collector's item, and comes complete with Chris' DVD set and accompanying textbook. Includes hardshell case.
Acoustic Centre offers free shipping on all new items to most locations within Australia on all orders over $99, excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

AustraliaThis is a well-made guitar with a nice action. It was constructed as a one off by a professional Luthier. That process was filmed and documented by the Luthier. This was done to demonstrate the art and the technique of guitar production.
