Of course, we don’t need to tell you that the Fender Telecaster is one of the most iconic electric guitars of all time. The modern Fender American Standard Telecaster electric guitar incorporates many elements of the original early-‘50s model. Manufactured in the United States as the name implies, the American Standard Tele has become the contemporary flagship model of Fender’s Telecaster line.The 2008 American Standard featured a few design tweaks, with a new bridge, a new satin neck and body finish, and a Fender-exclusive high-tech molded case. There's also hand-rolled fretboard edges, AlNiCo V pickups, and staggered tuning machines for tone and stability.
This 2008-built guitar is incredibly clean, right down to the sealed case candy in the case! There's some very light pick wear to the pickguard and barely-there scratches on the body, but it's been handled very carefully over the years. It plays and sounds just as it should, with plenty of classic Tele tones and a great slim C neck. Includes original hardshell case.
Acoustic Centre offers free shipping on all new items to most locations within Australia on all orders over $99, excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
