A member of Martin's Vintage Series acoustic guitars, the D-18V Dreadnought features many of the characterisitics of Martin's pre-World War II instruments - old-style squared headstock, modified V-shaped neck, period fingerboard inlays, scalloped bracing, beveled tortoise colored pickguard and more. The top of the D-18V is made of solid Spruce, while the back and sides are of Mahogany. The D-18V features an ebony fingerboard and bridge. Other vintage touches to this beautiful instrument include old-style abalone positon dots and open-geared chrome tuners with butterbean knobs.
This 2011-built guitar is in great condition for it's age, with minimal playwear and plenty of saddle height. It sounds huge - a classic tone by any measure, with a balanced, clear voice that works for any style of playing you could imagine. The slim V-neck is comfortable and the action is a great medium height. These Vintage Series Martins are always incredible, and this is a stellar example. Includes original hardshell case.

Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
