This classic guitar features a tight-waisted jumbo body shape with a solid Sitka spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides. The hand-fit dovetail neck joint and modified low oval neck with high-performance taper offer superior playability, allowing you to effortlessly express your creativity. With a beautifully balanced tone and powerful response, this guitar is perfect for singer-songwriters seeking a powerful yet nuanced sound.
This 2023-built guitar has an incredible voice; rich, smooth and deep, with lush overtones and silky trebles. J-40's are always a shop favourite, and this is a stellar example. The action is a perfect medium, and the condition is wonderful, with barely any sign of ever being played. A strap button has been added at the heel, and another strap button hole has been drilled in the end cap, but it's otherwise flawless. An enormous-sounding jumbo, and an absolute classic Martin guitar. Includes original hardshell case.
Acoustic Centre offers free shipping on all new items to most locations within Australia on all orders over $99, excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
