GOLD LABEL 814E KOA SB

Taylor Gold Label 814e 'Torrefied Sitka / Hawaiian Koa' Acoustic Electric Guitar - Sunburst

Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

Includes Hardshell Case

The Taylor Gold Label 814e reimagines the iconic sound and style of vintage flat-top guitars, blending heritage craftsmanship with modern performance innovation. This stunning acoustic-electric guitar takes inspiration from 1930s and 1940s-era instruments, combining a Super Auditorium body shape with the exceptional tonal properties of a torrefied Sitka spruce top and solid Hawaiian koa back and sides. The result is a guitar with rich, balanced sound, enhanced low-end depth, and a crisp top end, delivering a timeless voice that sounds like a well-loved vintage instrument from the moment you pick it up.

With fanned V-Class bracing, a long-tenon neck joint, and a Honduran rosewood Curve Wing bridge, the Gold Label 814e offers superior sustain, volume, and intonation, perfect for both intricate fingerstyle and bold strumming. The LR Baggs Element VTC preamp ensures natural amplification with a high-fidelity, clear sound whether you're on stage or in the studio. Its Crelicam ebony fingerboard and ivoroid binding give it a sophisticated look, while the Continental inlays add a dash of vintage charm. Whether you're a collector or a performer, the 814e embodies the perfect fusion of old-school craftsmanship and Taylor's boundary-pushing design, making it an exceptional choice for players seeking an instrument with both soul and modern performance capabilities.
