The Fender Custom Shop 70th Anniversary 1954 Stratocaster Relic® honors seven decades of one of the world’s most iconic electric guitars. Built with a two-piece select ash body in a Wide-Fade Two-Color Sunburst nitro finish, this Strat® offers the sweet midrange, sparkling highs, and tight lows that defined the original. Available in multiple aged finishes, each Relic model is meticulously crafted to capture the vibe and feel of a vintage instrument while delivering flawless playability.

Its one-piece quartersawn maple neck features a Soft “V” profile based on a July 1954 original, along with a vintage compound-radius fingerboard (7.25"–9.5") for a comfortable modern feel. Three Custom Shop hand-wound ’54 Strat® single-coil pickups provide clear, bell-like tones with vintage-correct wiring and five-way switching. With authentic period appointments like a single-ply white guard, vintage-style hardware, and a commemorative 70th Anniversary neck plate, this Stratocaster is both a collector’s dream and a player’s workhorse.

This 2024-built Strat is as good as it gets - light, resonant and with jaw-dropping looks and tone. The factory relicing is incredible, and easily some of the most realistic that we've ever seen from the Fender Custom Shop.
